Minted in London, England.
The obverse, (heads), has a denticalled outer rim and features the image of Australia's, (England's), monarch at the time, King Edward VII facing to the right, with the legend reading the Latin "EDWARD VII D.G. BRITT: OMN: REX F.D. IND: IMP:"
This translates roughly to "EDWARD VII, by the grace of God, King of all Britons, defender of the faith,
Emperor of India".
The reverse, (tails), has a denticalled rim and features the Australian Coat of Arms as issued by KEVII in 1908, with the words "ADVANCE AUSTRALIA" in a scroll at the base of the Coat of Arms, "ONE FLORIN - TWO SHILLINGS" above the Coat of Arms, and the date underneath with ornaments either side. The 1910 florin has no mint mark.
